Overview: This right here is the Sony Playstation 3. Releasing back in the year 2006, it featured a 3.2 Ghz CPU, the ablity to use bluetooth, connect to the internet and the ability to use HD graphics. When it intially released, the playstation 3 sold very poorly with only a pitiful 200,000 units being sold in its first month. This mainly due to the original models being bloated, expensive, lacking good launch titles and looking ugly as hell! Like who would want to own a console that used the spider man 2 font for its logo!? Thankfully, for Sony at least, after starting a new advertising campaign and the slim model releasing in the late 2000s, the PS3 was finally gaining some traction. By the time the 2010s came around, it managed to sell 87.4 million units beating out how much the Xbox 360 sold (84 million.)
The model I own is the super slim model, releasing back in November of 2012. It's very battered but it works just fine. Nowadays, I use it watch Netflix, play DVDs and Minecraft. My sister especially loves to play Minecraft on it for some reason. Like nearly every single day, her and her friend would break into my room to play it! I'm not too sure why they prefer the PS3 edition but if I were to guess it would be because it doesn't run like shit! Seriously though, the Bedrock edition of Minecraft is almost unplayable on switch...
